The Grape harvest is in September and cooled maceration and temperature-controlled alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks to keep the original aromas and flavours. Malolactic fermentation in American and French oak barrels ageing for 9 months. Bottle ageing for 12 months before leaving the cellar.

Deep ruby cherry colour with brick edges. Intense and delicious aromas of strawberry, blackberry, raspberry and other berries. Touch of wood, spicy and peppery. In the mouth: warm and smooth, mixed mature fruits, long finish and aftertaste.

Red meats, roasted and grilled lamb, poultry and strong sauced dishes. Chinese and Thai cuisine. Most cheeses.
