Vina Orce (2007)

Finca San Jose is located near Albacete in the La Mancha wine region of Spain. An individual family owned Vineyard and Bodegas that offers great value for money for these spectacular wines.

The Grape harvest is in September and cooled maceration and temperature-controlled alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks to keep the original aromas and flavours. Malolactic fermentation in American and French oak barrels ageing for 3 months.

Deep ruby cherry red colour with violet blue tones. Fragrance and aroma of strawberry, blackberry and red fruits. Slight hints of oak. In the mouth: Powerful, smooth, pleasant and fruity with touch of spice. Lasting and agreeable after taste.

Preserved meats, grilled and roasted red meats (such as beef and lamb) and strong sauced dishes. Chinese and oriental food.
