Campos Reales Canforrales Classico (2007)

This old cooperative of over 750 farmers is located in El Provencio in the winemaking region of La Mancha. Surrounded by abundant holm oaks and pine trees, the vineyards has clay and calcareous (lime) soil. With such special conditions and a very long tradition of winemaking history, Campos Reales is truly a very high class wine producer.

The harvest is from early to mid-September. Fermentation takes place very slowly at low temperature in a stainless steel tanks which helps to keep the fruitiness and original aromas.

Bright cherry red and violet coloured. Red fruity aromas of strawberry and blackberry. Delicious, fresh and fleshy. Finely balanced acidity. Long after taste.

One of the best young red wines in the World.

Grilled red meats (beef and lamb). Preserved meats and lightly dressed salads.

White meats, vegetables, rice and pasta dishes. Chinese and spicy Indian cuisine.

Soft or cream cheeses.
