Jean-Philippe Marchand Chablis Premier Cru Beauroy Vieilles Vignes 2013 comes from Chablis, in northern Burgundy, France. The region is renowned for Chardonnay wines characterised by freshness, mineral complexity and distinctive acidity.

The Beauroy Premier Cru vineyard is known for its clay-limestone soils, which contribute to the structure and mineral character of Chablis wines. The cooler climate helps preserve acidity while allowing the grapes to develop delicate citrus and orchard-fruit aromas.

Vieilles Vignes means “old vines”.

Jean-Philippe Marchand's general winemaking approach includes hand-harvesting, fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless-steel vats and maturation in oak barrels.
