Le Parc de Faye is made from Pinot Noir grapes grown on a hillside near Curtil-Vergy in Burgundy's Hautes-Côtes de Nuits. The vineyard benefits from good sunlight and clay-limestone soils, which help the grapes develop ripe fruit flavours while retaining freshness.

According to the producer, the vineyard covers approximately three hectares, with vines planted in 1985. The grapes are harvested by hand and carefully sorted before being completely destemmed.

Winemaking includes a cold pre-fermentation maceration lasting approximately 15–18 days, followed by alcoholic fermentation with regular punching down and pumping over to extract colour, aromas and tannins.

The wine is then matured for 10 months in oak barrels, helping integrate the tannins and develop additional complexity while preserving the characteristic fruit-driven style of Pinot Noir.
